Esta funcionalidade tem por objetivo <font color="#3b9f0f">**registrar a justificativa de mudança** </font>que será utilizada em outras rotinas do sistema.

## Procedimento

1. Clique no botão "**Novo**";
2. Preencha os campos necessários (Descrição, situação e informe se este cadastro se adequa ao motivo de suspensão da requisição);
3. Clique em "**Gravar**" para efetuar a operação.
