Parametrization - Smart Portal
Smart Portal is a feature of the solution that provides the Service Catalog (Business and Support) to users of the system and other information, such as service requests, system news, and chat.
The "Smart portal" parametrization allows the activation of the exchange of messages between the requester and the responsible for the request, enabling the option of canceling a ticket through the portal, among other actions.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Parametrization > Smart Portal;
- Define the value of the parameters (attributes);
