Human Attendance
After you start a conversation with the automated chatbot, there is the option to switch your attendance and speak with a human instead.
The bot will present a few options. To talk with an agent, select Ask for Analyst:
The bot will need some time to find an available agent:
After an available agent is found, the agent will overtake the conversation and can then proceed with the attendance:
