Registering Type of Configuration Item

This feature provides a variety of actions, such as including, changing, and deleting the types of Configuration Item (CI).
Before getting started
To register the type of configuration item, it is necessary
To previously register the characteristic.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Processes > Configuration Management > Configuration Item > Type of Configuration Item;
- Click on "New";
- Complete the fields available;
- Choose whether to insert a characteristic;
- Click on "Save".
