Verifying Configuration Item History

This functionality allows obtaining an audit report of the configuration item.
Before getting started
To have access to the report, it is necessary:
To register previously the configuration item.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Processes > Configuration Management > CMDB;
- Search for the configuration item and click on it;
- Search the configuration item, and click on the "History" tab.
💡 Tip: The configuration item may have one or more restore points (baselines) generated. To restore the Configuration Item, click on the "Create a point of restore" button.
