This functionality allows verifying the processes related to the CI, in addition to the general information.
Before getting started
To verify the processes, it is necessary,
To register previously the configuration item and have related it.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Processes > Configuration Management > CMDB;
- Search for the configuration item and click on it;
- In the information screen of the CI, find the tab about the process you are searching the information;
- Click on the tab to view the information.
