Reopening Ticket

This functionality allows reopening a closed ticket.

Before getting started

It is necessary to register tickets previously.

Procedure

  1. Access the Ticket Management functionality through the main menu Processes > Request and Incident Management > Service Request and Incident;
  2. Click on the button menu located in the upper left corner of the screen and then on the item "Advanced Search";
  3. Click on the ticket you want and then on "Action" and "Reopen Ticket/Task";
  4. Confirm the ticket reopen.
