Verifying Scheduled Periodic Activities
This functionality is intended to verify the scheduled activities related to request and incident management, problem management, change management, and release management to execute them.
This screen allows viewing the activities scheduled in the calendar format.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Integrated Management > Automation on Operations > Schedule Periodic Activities;
- Configure the filters to find the periodic activity you want;
- Click on the activity and the screen to register its execution will be presented;
- Complete the fields available, even inform the status of the activity execution (if it was executed, in execution, or suspended);
- Click on "Save";
- Remember that if the activity is in execution, it will be presented in blue. However, if the activity was already executed, it will be presented in green and if the activity is suspended, it will be presented in grey.
