Creating Problem Portfolio
This functionality is intended to create a portfolio of problems in order to speed up the creation of a new problem by grouping them by specific criteria.
Before getting started
In order to use the function of linking Agile analysis of risk forms, it is necessary to previously register a form in General register > Analysis form > Register form
Procedure
- Access the main menu Processes > Problem Management > Problem Portfolio;
- Click on "New Portfolio";
- Complete the necessary fields and add an image to represent the portfolio, if it is necessary;
- Select the portfolio created and click on "Advance";
- Click on "New Model" and complete the fields available:
Field | Description |

Name* | The name of the model |
Description | Description of the new model |
Flow* | Flow to be used in the model |
Executor group* | Group that can execute the ticket |
Time of attendance* | Time limit for the attendance |
Calendar* | Field to select an activity calendar |
Default folder for auto-registration of known error* | Folder that the error will be registered |
Agile analysis of risk | Field to include forms linked to the Problem Management practice |
Impact* | Impact generated by the problem |
Urgency* | Urgency for the resolution of the problem |
Severity* | Severity of the problem |

- Define the status as "Active";
- Click on "Save".
