Deleting Group of Configuration Item
⚠️ Attention!
Only can be deleted the group that does not have item-related (groups and/or configuration items).
Before getting started
It is necessary to register previously the group of the configuration item.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Processes > Configuration Management > CMDB;
- Search for the desired group, click on the "Access" icon of the same;
- Click on the last icon on the same line as the group name;
- Click on "Delete".
