Searching Event
This functionality is intended to locate an event in the Event Management.
Before getting started
To locate the information necessary, it is necessary to register previously an event collected by the monitoring tool.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Processes > Event Management > Event;
- Click on the "Search here" field and enter the information (it can be the occurrence ID, hosting name, or monitoring tool name) to make a quick search;
🖊 Note: Status search makes it easy to find tools to archive closed registers.
3. Click on the icon symbolized by the down arrow in the search field to make an advanced search and use the filters available;
4. Complete the filters necessary and click on the button symbolized by a magnifying glass.
