Creating Cycle in Calendar
This feature provides a variety of actions, such as including, changing, and deleting the period cycle with start and end date, to be used in the financial control.
Each item registered in the "Financial Attributes" option within the "Business Service" of any Portfolio, has as a field the Cycle. A Cycle should be selected in a list in that form.
The "Profitability Reporting of Contracts" depends on the registration of cycles.
Procedure
- Access the main menu General Registration > Personnel Management > Cycle;
- Click on "New";
- Complete all mandatory fields;
- It is worth remembering that:
- Each date range should be unique, even with different titles. The system takes care to prevent this type of redundancy and inconsistency;
- The exclusion of the cycle is not allowed if it is linked to some revenue or expense of the financial control.
- Click on "Save".
