Graph Mail
Presentation
The following documents describe the configuration and information concerning the Service Management project integration and the Microsoft e-mail service, utilizing the Microsoft Graph platform's SDK. This integration allows for delivering two main functionalities:
- Sending Microsoft e-mails by Oauth2 authentication through Graph native integration;
- E-mail reading and automatic actions shooting.
Compatibility
Service Management version 2.3.0 or greater;
Graph-Mail version 1.1.2.

Development Configuration
This implementation does not substitute the previous POP3, SMT, and IMAP integration for other e-mail services. It can also be parametrized for being utilized simultaneously with those integrations.
