Parametrization - Release
Release Management is the process responsible for planning, scheduling and controlling the construction, testing, and deployment of releases, and for delivering new functionality required by the business while protecting the integrity of existing services.
The "Release" parametrization must be performed to allow the execution/use of this process, and it may be possible to define whether notifications will be sent to the requester for the execution of the services/incidents request flows, for example.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Parametrization > Release Management;
- Set the values of parameters (attributes);
- Click on "Save";
- The list below represents the parameters of "Release" and the purpose of each one of them:
