Registering the Occurrences of the Problems

This functionality allows registering any occurrences related to the problem.
Procedure
- Access the main menu Processes > Problem Management > Problem;
- Find the problem you want to include the occurrence registration and click on "Openβ;
- Click on the "Execution Registration" icon (the last icon on the right side of the screen, below the search field) and then on "Add Occurrence";
- Click on "Add Occurrence" and complete the mandatory fields;
π Note: It is possible to register new categories and origins that fit the best to the occurrence when clicking on the β+β icon and completing the necessary fields. All actions taken from creation
