Aditional orientations
- It is necessary to give permission (r, w, and x) of writing and reading, in the folder where the GraphMail files will be saved;
- Tule that forced priority to be Low was removed so that an SLA could be set to "Agreeable". Now, when closing a ticket, the deadline date is always recalculated, when the last task is not accounted for by the SLA;

- Register stakeholders in the knowledge register;
- Fill in the parameters to send an e-mail with this functionality:
- SMTP_ENVIO_RemetenteNotificacoesSolicitacao - 10
- ID_MODELO_EMAIL_ENVIO_COMENTARIO_BASE_CONHECIMENTO - 457
- Register a comment;
- Check if a comment registration notification e-mail has been sent.
