✏️ Note: In autocomplete fields for names, the system brings as a suggestion information regarding the registered users. This information may bring information for users with identical names, which makes selection difficult.
The autocomplete fields were altered to show the information "Name | Login | E-mail", facilitating the username choice.
The autocomplete search was also modified to be made from the three attributes shown, "Name | Login | E-mail", so it is possible to type all information kept in any of the three attributes.
In the Tasker screen, the name suggestions were altered to display "Name | Login | E-mail". However, on this screen, there is no option to search for one of all three attributes, as it is only possible to search for "Name".

This field can be found in Neuro > Form > Select app and click Edit. Click the components on the screen to check the value of the MODEL field.

Note: The SLA status shown by the system on the problems list is different from the status in the emails to be sent by batch processing regarding expired or to-be expired problems: Status system SLA: To expire (1h before) Status email notification SLA: To expire (24hrs before)
The system behaves this way because the email is only a notification that the problems are about to expire in 24 hours, so the user can act accordingly.
