Create Access Profile
create access profile the access profile groups the rights and permissions of the user in the system, especially the authorization to search for records or to save and delete information once the user is authenticated, the access definition process checks the permissions and rights associated with their profile this process determines what actions can or cannot be performed in the system you will also be able to perform various actions, such as adding, modifying, and deleting an access profile procedure access the functionality through the navigation menu navigation menu > access and permission > access profile ; enter the name of the new profile or search for an existing one in the search tab; to include permissions in the user profile, select the available action fields ( search, save, and delete ) for each presented functionality note that permissions can be associated with more specific levels of a functionality to do this, click the + sign to access more specific items; additionally, indicate whether the user profile will allow access to the system through login and password; if you are using the service order or invoice functionalities, check the boxes to authorize the user profile's access to specific situations related to service orders or invoices; click "save"
