Create External User
This feature aims to register users who do not have access to 4biz.
Before You Begin
The provider must have the WAR PROFILE on the same instance of 4biz and in the same JBOSS;
No additional configurations are needed in the standalones to connect to the WAR PROFILE.
Procedure to Configure External User
Enter the content below in the parameters:

39 | LDAP - ID of the access profile that will be set automatically if the user has none | Enter the identification number (ID) of the default Access Profile for the user |
45 | LDAP - Default Group ID | Enter the identification number (ID) of the default group to which AD users will be associated |
369 | Show access request button for 4biz Oxygen on the login screen? | Configure whether the access button to 4biz Oxygen will be displayed on the login screen |
Procedure to Access 4biz Oxygen
On the login screen of the system, after clicking the link "Don't have an account? Request your access", a form will be presented with the following fields:
Field | Description |

Name | Enter the name of the external user who will have access to the system |
Gender | Select between "male" and "female" |
CPF | Enter the user's registration number |
Phone | Optional field to store the applicant's phone number |
Email (*) | Required field to store the applicant's email. Therefore, the registration must include this field, as indicated |
Login | Enter the login that will be used for the user's access to the system |
Password | Enter a password for accessing the system |
Re-enter the password | Enter the access password again |
Complete the request | Authenticate your request using the Captcha (A method used to ensure that the system guarantees it is not an attempt at unauthorized access via automation, for example) |
