Changing Group of Configuration Item
This functionality is intended to modify the information in the configuration item group.
This field will only be active if a group in the CMDB screen is created.
Before getting started
It is necessary to register previously a group of configuration items.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Processes > Configuration Management > CMDB;
- Select the desired configuration item;
- Click the "Edit" button;
- Make the modifications in the fields available;
- Click "Save".
