Registering a Contract
The contract is an agreement between two parties, which undertake to comply with what was agreed between them, under certain conditions.
The contract can be:
- Type contract (contract between the provider of type service provider and external customer);
- Operational level agreement (internal agreement between departments of the same organization, an internal provider with an internal client); or
- Underpinning contract (contract between an external provider and internal client).
This feature provides a variety of actions, such as including, changing, and deleting a contract.
Before getting started
Before registering a contract, it is necessary:
To register previously the provider, client, currency, and operating condition.
Procedure
- Access the main menu Processes > Portfolio and Catalog Management > Contract Registration;
- Complete all mandatory fields;
⚠ Attention!
When registering the necessary data, remember that the contract period comprises the period between the initial date and the registered end date (it is also necessary that the contract status is configured as "active"), moreover, it will not be possible to create and execute tickets out of this pre-ordered time lapse.
3. Click on "Save".
