Verifying Execution Status of CI Inventory
This functionality allows viewing the current status of the inventory execution through the application of the CITSmart Inventory.
Before getting started
To view, it is necessary:
To register previously the configuration item and configure the Event Monitor.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Processes > Configuration Management > CMDB;
- Click on the last icon placed on the upper right side of the Configuration Management screen;
- Select the "Inventory status" option.
