Creating a Problem from an Event

This functionality is intended to create a problem in an event.
Before getting started
It is necessary to register previously the event.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Processes > Event Management > Event;
- Click on the event and then on the "More Options" button;
- Click on "Create problem request";
- Complete the fields;
- Click on the "Save" button.
