Creating Service Map

This functionality provides the linking of services, activities, and CI for a visual representation of dependencies and the impact of a specific service.
Before getting started
It is necessary to have support Services and CI configured.
Procedure
- During the Service Design, click on "Service Map";
- In the area available, you can design the Map with Support Services linked to the service ("Support Service" option) and also to the defined Configuration Items;
- Save the Service Map.
