Registering Characteristics

This feature provides a variety of actions, such as including, changing, and deleting the characteristics of the Configuration Item (CI).
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Processes > Configuration Management > Configuration Item > Characteristic;
- Complete the fields available;
- Click on "Save".
