Configuring Presentation of Reporting

Some configurations can be performed to change the standard visualization of reports.
Procedure
Change the header brand of exportable reports
- Access the main menu Parametrization > CITSmart Parameters > 36;
- Change the value indicating the path of the folder with the image;
- Save it.
Change the depth of Ticket searches (only in the report "Search Incident/Request")
- Access the main menu Parametrization > CITSmart Parameters > 343;
- Change the value indicating whether the search is done in the general context (NO) or in the group context (YES);
- Save.
