Relating Group to the Contract

access the \<font color="#3b9f0f">citsmart \</font> parameters functionality through the main menu place the mouse on the option parametrization and click on citsmart parameters the screen of \<font color="#3b9f0f">citsmart \</font> parameters will appear, click on the tab \<font color="#3b9f0f">citsmart \</font> parameters , then click on the search \<font color="#3b9f0f">citsmart \</font> parameters tab; search for the parameter " 41 controls employee link to contracts ( y/n )?", and select it; in the value field, enter the value " y " so that the contracts are presented in the group registration screen next, click on " save "; after configuring the parameter, access the functionality group registration through the main menu access and permission > group it will appear the group registration screen, presenting the contracts; if the group you want to link is already registered in the system, search for the group and select it; then, the registration screen of the group will be presented; select the contract, which will be linked then, click on " save "
