Using Low Code Projects in Tickets
Step by Step
There are two ways to use Low Code forms in Tickets:
- To insert a form in the service request process:
- Create a Low Code form or edit an existing one;
- Click the "Create portfolio template" button and select the page type;
- Link the template to the request/incident;
- The template will be inserted into the service request or incident request screen.
- To use a form during the resolution (steps) of the request/incident process flow:
- Select User Task;
- Link the Form to an ITSM Flow Step in the "Interface" tab of a user task.
- You can modify any custom fields and even mask data if needed in reports and forms.
Using Low Code Applications in the Experience Center
Step by Step
- Create a Low Code form or edit an existing one;
- In the "Identification" tab, check the Display as Workflow widget option;
- Link the form to an Experience Center;
- Select form;
- Use the Experience Center to Input Data.
